Human Piece Story will host a weekly, 30-minute audio podcast as a median to bring volunteer stories to life. Led by our Host, the podcast will feature guests, volunteers, nonprofit leaders and volunteer meetings from across the U.S. The format of each podcast will be conversational versus interview style. Future podcasts will be featured via video.

Meet the Host

Christinah Makhetho is a former international volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. She served with the organization in Georgia and the Washington, DC area. During her tenure, Christinah served alongside dedicated Habitat and AmeriCorps volunteers from different parts of the U.S. and around the world. Her time spent as a volunteer inspired her to launch the Human Piece Story podcast. A true believer in the power of storytelling–Christinah hopes to inspire other volunteers to share their stories–with the hope that many more will be moved to serve.
